This is a small co-ownership where everyone knows each other — thank you for your consideration.

Everything is maintained and works in a standard way. A few useful details — and do let us know about any issue.
The bathroom toilet is a macerator (sanibroyeur): toilet paper only, no wipes or other objects. Flush with the button on the right-hand side.
The flat has 2 toilets with Japanese seats (Boku style). Mind the little lever on the left as you face them, or you may get splashed.
Empty the filters at the bottom, behind the door, after each cycle. For fully dry laundry, use the strongest programme.
The TV works with a Chromecast: cast your content from your phone.
For TV / live channels, use the Molotov app. You’re welcome to use our Netflix account (please keep it logged in and make no purchases).
A Nespresso Krups Dolce Gusto machine is at your disposal.
We provide sheets, duvet covers and 2 pillows per bed, at least one towel per person and 2 bath mats. Please bring your own beach towels.
Two bins under the sink: one for recycling, one for general waste. Glass and recycling: containers along the yellow route. General waste: standard bins left and right, red route.
Cleaning is done before your arrival and after departure. Please leave the flat tidy, do the dishes and take out the bins. Mind the sand after the beach: a vacuum cleaner and cleaning products are available (in the toilets).
Bidart
You’re on the Bidart plateau, steps away from the shops.
The village centre is about a 13-min walk. Take the clifftop path: a few minutes more, but far prettier.
Bidart · Basque Coast
Bidart’s great fortune: gorgeous beaches, reachable on foot or a few minutes by car.
Reachable on foot (lifeguarded beach), about 15 minutes. If the high steps don’t scare you, the little path near the Christian cross saves time. Many trails cross the forest and the hills overlooking the cliffs.
A 5-min drive towards Biarritz. Milady and its children’s playground are perfect for families.
The bay where there are never any waves — ideal for little ones. And don’t forget the long beaches of Anglet and the Landes.
Magnificent at low tide, especially when coefficients exceed 80. The sporty can walk or run on the wet sand all the way to the Côte des Basques in Biarritz. Tide times ↗
Port Vieux, Côte des Basques and Biarritz’s Grande Plage are well worth it too. Traffic is heavy in summer: favour the bike or the car parks. All beach car parks are now paid. Pay for parking (PayByPhone) ↗
